Shipping is a very easy process.
Acceptable Flight temperatures range between 10 and 85 degrees.
I will personally talk with you about how the shipping procedure works and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I will give you a flight confirmation number which will be the air waybill and a flight number for your puppy. The flight details will be given to you 3 to 4 days prior to shipping.
Shipping prices are generally $280.00 to $350.00 but could go up due to size of the puppy and/or choice of airline. Our first choice is always American Airlines as they are very pet friendly.
Your little puppy will come in a Airline approved crate with all paperwork including sales contract, shot records, registration papers, pedigree's if applicable, a sample bag of food and a Health Certificate. The crate is yours to keep.
When picking up your puppy, you will go to the airline ticket counter and they will direct you to the cargo area for that flight. You will be asked to show identification and have flight details ready.
In the summer months, when it is too hot to ship by air, We use a ground transport to deliver your new puppy to you. They will try to get as close to you as possible, staying on the main highways. They have a licensed veterinarian who travels along to ensure the puppy is taken care of during the travel. The ground transport will call you to set up a meeting area that will be mutually agreed upon. The cost for ground delivery is $250.00.
