Our Health Guarantee & Contract

HEALTH GUARANTEE: The breeder guarantees the puppy to be free of all communicable diseases and to the best of our knowledge, this puppy is free from any other defects and is of the best pet quality we have to offer. There is no guarantee as to the exact size, temperament, or ability to breed or show. Although we strive to breed as close to the AKC standards as possible.
All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and is issued a certificate of health before the puppy is able to ship and are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
This guarantee does not include coccidia and kennel cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria and stress. Breeder guarantees the puppy to be free of any poor health risk defects for 7 days and congenital defects/hereditary disorders for 1 year from the date of birth which would be life threatening. Breeder does not guarantee against hip dysplasia in large breeds, as at times, this is unpreventable. ie: overstressing muscles in excessive play when young, repetitive jumping allowed.
NEW PET OWNERS are required to have pets examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days after puppy's arrival (at buyers expense). If it is the opinion of the pet owner's veterinarian, the puppy has any health defects that make it a poor health risk, the new owner must notify us and make arrangements to return the puppy within 7 days of purchase date at the purchaser's expense.
The puppy is not guaranteed against hypoglycemia, which is also called low blood sugar or sugar shock. Any existing conditions listed on the puppies health certificate will not be covered by this guarantee. Guarantee does not cover what is to be considered normal of the breed purchased, such as but not limited to, Loose Knee/hips, skin allergies, hip dysplasia.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors and will not be covered such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction and dermodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are similarly not covered.
Vet bills and/or medications are not covered in this guarantee. All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer. The breeder will honor will honor the guarantee by replacing with a puppy of equal or greater value or by repairing the health defect, at the breeder's discretion.
If returned, the puppy must be returned with all papers as well as a signed statement from the vet on the vet's letterhead, stating the date of examination and the alleged health risks, stating that this puppy has been given properly needed vaccinations for puppies age, before any action will be taken.
We must be notified immediately if your puppy is found to have any life threatening congenital defect. With the provision of 2 unassociated veterinary reports, the buyer will be given the option of a replacement puppy when one is available that has the same or greater value.
All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
In event of death of the puppy, The Buyer ( at buyer's expense) must provide the seller a letter stating the cause of death from the attending veterinarian along with a copy of an autopsy report. If cause of death is found to be due to a congenital medical condition, a replacement puppy will be issued with no cash refund.
This guarantee and contract is only valid to the original buyer.
Seller has done everything possible to produce a healthy, sound puppy in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and vet care. Puppies must be given follow-up shots in order to have full immunity and also wormed regularly. The seller will not be responsible for ailments resulting from obesity, second hand smoke, malnutrition, neglect, abuse, dehydration, starvation, stress or lack of proper vet care including regular vaccinations.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
